  • Do you accept checks?

  • Yes we do, although we may ask for identification to ensure your protection.



  • Do you take credit and debit cards?

  • We do! We process all credit card payments through PayPal.



  • How long have you been in business?

  • Six years - Established in 2011.



  • Is your staff trained and experienced?

  • Yes, they are. See our Credentials page for more information about our trainers.

  • Does my pet have to be up to date on their shots?

  • Our goal is to protect our other client's pets. For this reason, we request that all clients keep their pets up to date on vaccinations.

  • Do you have experience with small dogs?

  • Yes we do. A good portion of our client have small dogs.



  • Can you help train my large dog
    (more than 90 pounds)?

  • We sure can.



  • Do you have insurance?

  • We do.



  • Do you train aggressive dogs?

  • Any dog that has a bite history, or any sign of aggression ("any offensive action or attack") is disqualified from our programs.



  • What if my pet gets hurt?

  • We will suspend training until your dog recovers.



  • What if I am not satisfied with training results?

  • Due to our years in the industry, and always ensuring that we understand what you would like done, we will do our best to prevent such an occurrence.
